M16878/2
CU wires have a voltage rating of 1000 volts and a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C for M16878/2 Type C wires and -55°C to +80°C for M76 Type MWC wires. These wires are also rated for military use.
MIL-W-16878 Cable Designation
All MIL-W-16878 and MIL-DTL-16878 cables are designated by a six field code that indicates the exact construction of each cable. Please note the following example of a MIL-W-16878/5-DCB-2 or MIL-DTL-16878- DCB-2 cables.
